Dessert Inspiration Zone is a strong asset of FOOD-to-GO Trade Fair and the meeting point of producers and suppliers of coffee, tea, chocolate, dessert condiments, equipment for cafe, confectionery and ice-cream parlour. Every year, the zone is visited by many confectioners who appreciate the fact that all industry has a chance to meet in one time and place. Dessert Inspiration Zone brings perfect opportunity to establish new business contacts and discover „sweet recipes”

NEW  Multi Café Zone


Together with increasing popularity of cafés also their offer is upgrading. More often it is possible not only to drink coffee but also to try seasonal desserts, sherbets or ice cream and even eat something small. On the seaside full of cafés it is even more important to distinguish the facility from others and to attract customer with both menu and decoration inside or with beautiful garden. That’s why the owners of catering facilities look for new inspirations and equipment that could become harmonious fulfillment of the interior. With thought about them, we have created new Multi Café Zone where we invite companies offering: tableware, porcelain, cutlery, furnishing, lighting, textiles and decoration, accessories and equipment for gardens, roofing, canopies and pergolas.


The Zone is attended by producers and distributors of the following products and equipment:

Presentation & Workshop Zone


The unique possibility of participation in workshops led by famous specialists: the authors of cookery books, chefs and confectioners  or experts known from culinary programs. We cooperate with the most important people from catering and confectionery industry, who will share knowledge and their experience. 


In 2016 special guests were:

  • Tomasz Fierke well known from his video blog „Kucharz z Kaszub” („The Chef from Kashubia”)
  • Masters of Confectionery: Marta Truskolawska-Plichcińska and Dawid Makurat
  • Jola Słoma and Mirek Trymbulak from Atelier Smaku
